I am using an unlocked Z10 in Portugal on the Vodafone network.

I'm told by someone from Vodafone Portugal that Carrier Billing is only available for pre Z10 and Q10 BlackBerry devices.

Does anyone know of that restriction applying in other countries?

Does anyone know if Vodafone intend to allow Carrier Billing on Z10 and Q10 in Portugal at sometime? The person who spoke to me said that they did not know.

It is clear that Carrier Billing is shown as an option on the BlackBerry World website. (see image)

The difficulty arises when one tries to confirm that one wishes to purchase through Carrier Billing, as one is asked to do, through the Z10 itself. See following image.

This is carrier dependent, I'm sorry to say. I've got it through AT&T here in the U.S.
