Can an app be programmed to close completely when swiped up rather than to activate frame?

If it's not a supported function, I have noticed that some apps will close themselves I'm assuming due to some sort of error. Could an error be written in on purpose to exploit this?

It seems that many people are asking for an option like this, maybe someone could exploit this and enable the user to select this as an option ?

There's currently no way to specify that behaviour - close on swipe. The only time I've seen that happen is with some Android apps, maybe a couple of ports. As you hinted, I think that's and error (or app crash).

Whine does it to me all the time, I'm suggesting exploiting it and purposely crashing the app.
