Could you please confirm whether it blocks the call right away (so the person calling gets the busy tone immediately) , or whether there is a delay and the caller can hear the phone ring for a second or so? Most call blocking apps on BlackBerry have that delay which isn't exactly on par because it just sounds like you see them calling and press the red button. I know it's a detail and it doesn't matter of you just need to block some advertising calls, but it makes a difference when you're blocking a person Thanks in advance!

Call screen, ringtone sounds and vibration may be still present, but a half fraction of a second.
I am working to make it almost null.
Hey Gaspertrix, great that you're starting another app. However I strongly urge you to not name the app "call blocker". There are way too many apps with that name and your app might be mistaken to be another or it will be drowned out. Just my opinion.
Also your app should have a stand out logo that's not just a phone with an X. It should be something striking and have a name other than call blocker.

Good point, but on the other hand, if someone who doesn't read this forum is searching for a call blocking app, the first thing they will search for is "call blocker"...
Hopefully it has enough downloads and good reviews that it comes up as the first result...

So what does the CALLER experience was the actual question? I'm interested in the answer, and the app!
My number is very similar to a welfare pharmacy, and I get frequent calls from the same 25-20 people who are too ignorant to correct their contacts / phone # lists. Can't wait to block them. P
It will be great if one can block a caller number within the the phone app, instead of going to the app itself. IPhone has this which is fantastic. In actual fact this should be very basic function that BlackBerry should automatically include in the new release of 10.3. I have tried to use many of android apps, and the don't actually work, headless or not!!!
Very much needed app.
