I'm new to this ap, and when I try to sign up as soon as I enter my email address it directs me my administration because my email is sky com. Is that right or do I need to use a different email address.

I assume when you say your email is sky.com you are a home user with their broadband service as opposed to an employee of sky?

I believe Sky email for their customers is hosted via Google Apps which may be the problem so you should give them a call.

If you are an employee of Sky and using your work email it could be they have a corporate contract with Box so you should contact your IT helpdesk.
