Hi all CB's out there.I would like to know if there's any app out there that can lock my files?

You can hide files with a password to unhide them

Please update your profile to include your carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

When I last checked, there were not any apps that could secure another specific app. I believe the API's required for developerd to do so haven't been released as yet. In case there's some later info that I'm not aware of, I've tweaked your thread title a bit and moved your thread to the BB 10 apps section for better exposure.
