I recently bought pro functions for an app called id3iot that costs 1.99$ using a visa card
The payment was made twice. One costed me 1� and the other was 1.99$
I have no idea what the 1� was for.
Is that like a verification method when I enter a new visa? Because the older one did not take anything extra.
In this case where do I contact blackberry for such error, and how do I removed my credit card info.
I don't want blackberry commerce taking charges for nothing.
I didn't even get a bill for the 1� nor it was included in the purchase bill.

Regular Visa through Credit Agricole bank
Transactions are currently in hold for 9 days until blackberry asks for the money.
I have no idea if this is a verification method bug it nothing on the terms included.

If it's a new card they charge that $1 for verification of the card. You'll get it back.

Well I like the app, if I ask for a refund maybe they'll take the app features I bought, plus if I ask for a refund they will refund the 2$ and not the 1�.
Since it was never included in the receipt nor I got another receipt stating that they will take another 1�.

I won't contact the bank for 1� lol aka 12EGP(13 with taxes)
And it's not a tax, the app was for 1.99$ aka13.30
EGP with 3% taxes it was 14 EGP. Now it's 14 EGP and 13 EGP therefore 27 EGP total costs of the 2 transactions made by Blackberry Commerce . As if I bought id3iot Twice.

It sounds to me like it was just an authorization for $1, which is what many merchants do before they process the actual transaction. Starbucks does the same thing.
