I used BlackBerry travel on OS 7 and it worked perfect. Not so much anymore. Here's a screen shot of the last time I sent 1 update to BlackBerry travel... I received all of this...

Sorry, for some reason, I either don't know how...?? or, I can't post a picture. It acted like it worked but is not there. Anyway, 3 emails telling me BlackBerry travel was not update, 1 email saying it was and a notification it was. In the end, it was updated.

I'll get you some help posting images from the app, but sounds like other than erroneous notifications, the travel app is working.

Yes, it works with that and other bugs... I know what a great app it was because I used it on my bold and then on my torch. It needs to be update with bug fixes for BlackBerry 10.

Would appreciate help knowing why I can't post screen shots from the app.

From Hub or home screens, swipe down from top of screen and select Settings. Scroll down to Security and Privacy and select it. Select Application Permissions. Scroll down to CB10 and select it. Ensure that Shared Files is set to On.

Return to CB10 and it should work now. You might need to close and reopen the app.

Thanks elite1. This is the screen shot I was trying to add before. A Lot for me just sending 1 trip out...

I also suggest to log into http://travel.blackberry.com and check what's reflected in there (usually big screens help spot issues with entries or misconfiguration)

BlackBerry travel is the most buggy app I have used, it crashes every 5 mins.

I was just using it now, I had to enter my flight details manually and even when I set the departure and arrival time, it says I didn't.

I used it on my z10 yesterday and it crashed twice just while trying to check a flight status -- no trip even defined! One crash was as I was typing the 4 digit flight number!? Acting worse than any sideloaded android app, and this is a BBRY app!

Hum, I've had no problems using it on my Z10 or my Z30. Had United and Budget itinerary's loaded perfectly and my calendar updated. Maybe this is a regional issue or version?

I've also used it successfully but sometimes it just crashes without warning. What I find really strange is that it sometimes crashes not when it is doing a web lookup, but while I'm typing something like a flight number!

I had no problems using it when I traveled for Thanksgiving. Got alerts in the morning that my afternoon return flight was delayed, has never crashed. I like it.

It works sometimes and it's amazing when it does but it crashes a lot plus the bug of the departure time and arrival time, makes it lose credit.

I've used it with no problems, flight to London, Rome, hotel, cruise (which I had to input manually, bummer), car rental in fll, and flights back home to Yyz. All showed me auto updates, reminders in my calendar, etc.

Could be the version of z10, mine is the STL 100-3 on 10.2

    Thx
