Hey guys - i can't sign in to blackberry travel app on z10

even went on-line and changed my password - i can sign in to travel on-line no problem - but on the app it says login failed

any ideas ?

i had that at first - i am past that poing after restarting the app - now if just says "login failure" in red

weird - i went and "registered" on the phone - and it picked up my profile automatically - interesting... oh well - it all works now

I'm getting the same error when signing in with existing account. I don't' want to sign up for a new account as I'll lose my trip history, help!

just click register and put in your information - it doesn't actualy create a new account - but it "links" it with your bb10

I have the same problem. I wonder if it has anything to do with Blackberry Balance

I don't see how as my primary is Gmail and my secondary is work

So i log in with Gmail account Nd travel is installed in personal space

I am having the same issue of not being able to log in; however, my error message is "trip-service.registration.social.bbid.upgrade_account_o ther_account_already_exists_email"...

Really frustrating. Tried registering under the same email again as suggested above, but randomly, it just registered me under another of my email addresses. Any ideas?
