Yep! I've seen it. Must be Twitter screwing stuff up then..
What worries me is that in Bird10 pictures are loaded using plain http instead of https (it's faster and less resource intensive) but http is not officially supported so you can't really blame them

I could switch to https and see how it turns out

It took a while but eventually I catched that strange behaviour while debugging the app. I confirm it's due to http, sometimes the server redirects to the https url (which the http stack cannot follow since the embedded TLS version on OS10 is too outdated, as I've written many times).

What I cannot undestand is why this happens only sporadically but it's WAY more frequent when using the app with mobile data instead of wifi.

EDIT: The only way the server can notice a difference between the wifi and the mobile network http requests is to look at the ip address.. Let's see what happens if I connect through a VPN

It works but some problems happend. On my Passport SE (OS 10.3.3.3216) in my profile i couldnt open list of followers and subscribes. never the less, thanks for the app!

Can you check if the images load when you're using wifi?

There's no following / follower list in the app, in the past I've given priority to other functionalities which are used more frequently

Images load both via mobile and wi-fi. When photos seem to show correctly. Previews of links don't work. Can't attach screenshot here( if needed, I can make it from desktop later.
UPD: previews work when "show fleet" enabled. I coldn't find search for users.

Hah strange, previews don't have issues on my end. To search for users you use the search field like in the website, just type '@' as first character and then begin typing the username

It's the list of tweets you left a like on. Historically (i.e. In the old official app) it was called favorites, back in the days when there still was a star instead of the heart

Release 2.12 is out. In an effort to make the app last as long as possible after jan 2022 I've ported all the image loading code to the https (i.e. libcurl) stack
Let me know if there are any issues

Why is the source label, when you tweet, say Twitter for Android, not Bird 10 for BlackBerry or something similar? I don’t know how others here feel, but I think it would be better if the posts made with Bird 10 would be differentiated by the source label. Personally I’d love to see that.
