    I performed a security wipe, and re downloaded beta zone in order to get the BlackBerry channel app back on my z10.
    Beta Zone has listed BlackBerry channels as all ready "installed", but it is not, and I only have a nonfunctional "open" button instead of the "download" button.

    Is there any way I can get the BlackBerry channel app back on my phone?

    Go to the beta zone website and try there the bold fashioned way maybe??

    Is the old fashioned way, downloading it to a pc, and then transfering it from the pc to the z10?
