So there are few QR code reader apps, and people looking for them, but the best QR code reader app is actually native. And it's built right into the BlackBerry World App
Open up BlackBerry World and swipe from the top and then click on "Scan Barcode". It will scan any type of URL and automatically open in the browser. Or if you have a BlackBerry World link, it will automatically go to the app page for download.
The best thing is there is no need to line up the QR code in a box, or make sure it's the right size. As long as the QR code is visible to the camera/screen, it will very quickly recognize it and open the link. LIGHTNING FAST!

EDIT: You can also access the QR code reader from the Smart Tags App. Just open up the Smart Tags app and click on "Scan" at the bottom. It won't open up the link right away, but it'll save the link for later if you need it saved. (Thanks to ashworth for the tip)

Incidentally, I use this feature to send links from my desktop to my BlackBerry Z10.

I use Opera Browser, and I've instead a QR box extension.

Basically I click on the little icon and a QR box will pop up of the URL I am currently on. I just pick up my Z10, open BB World and click on scan barcode and the link opens up on my browser. It's that easy!

Cool! That works as well and it'll even save the QR code as well!
