    I looked at Buzz Off but it says it only sends the call to voice mail as there is no way to hangup / end the call.
    Is there an app that can hangup / end the call for the blocked user?

    I also would like the app to be able to block SMS as I get a lot of spam text messages sometimes not from a number but from a name like:

    PROMO

    spam text......

    would I be able to block that PROMO or whatever name the spammer has?
