Can't help you with most, but...

    Weather:
I actually really the native BB10 Weather app, plus I keep Last Weather App for kicks. BeWeather is hugely popular and you can try the free version first.

    Translator:
Navita Translator, free in BB World.

I use the original BB10 apps for Calendar, Maps, Calculator, and video/photo editing.

To be honest for all of those things I just use the native apps since they are the only ones that work 100% perfect with the rest of the OS

News I use gnewsreader pro for my Feedly account or you can just get the Feedly apk.

BBmaps works perfectly with Driveopedia and/or Foursquare for POI
    Offline maps: Navfree

Notes/Task: Remember it syncs with Evernote. I wish it would sync with email and calendar but thats the best we got for now.
Maybe Wunderlist APK since it syncs with the computer. But then again you can just get Evernote desktop app and it will sync with remember

Can anyone recommend an app that would read my text msgs and e-mails to me while driving? I used drivesafe.ly on my Curve 8900 and 9300 and it worked fine on those devices but it's not available for Q10. Thanks in advance!

I use WordWeb Dictionary, it is not a native app. You will need to download Snap and then voila...

It is free and is brilliant. Works pretty well on my Q10.
