I bought BeBuzz ages ago, and didn't get in to the testing group. You didn't and it shows a price for you. I guess to test the Pro version, you need to have bought it in the past.

Not necessarily...I have had BeBuzz since 2008....and I am not in the beta.

As long as you are in the developers sandbox it will not charge you anything even though the price shows. If you aren't part of his sandbox and you download it, you will be charged the price it's shows.

I got the app notifications (BBM, FB, WhatsApp) to work for a while. I just noticed all the notifications stopped working when I receive a text message.

Also, I'm not on BES.

Started testing now. First thing I noticed: LED is not working for appointments since installation of bebuzz (Spelled like this in Icon) and I have no option for appointments in it.

BeBuzz does not support calendar notifications yet. If you want to use the system LED for that you would have to re-enable the global 'LED' setting for notifications in the settings app and then turn it off for every notification individually (all but calendar).

Second finding: I am on BES and I now get a LED notification for mails I sent in my Outlook and were synced to my BB.

BeBuzz cannot tell if the new message in a work account is outgoing or incoming.

Third thing: Is it normal BeBuzz is using 10% CPU constantly when running in active frame?

I can confirm this is a bug. We are looking into it.

I found something, too... well, maybe you want it to work that way?

I�ve got an exchange account and I use a server-side rule that moves emails from specified senders into a subfolder. Getting such an email the device LED just blinks red instead of yellow (like I set up in BeBuzz).

BeBuzz only considers messages that come in on the Inbox.

It's working fine for me so far, didn't see any spike in cpu/memory usage and led notification seems to work fine ( I just used it in headless mode, will test in active frame too). I also use sound notifications and this is where it seems to be a small problem, sometimes they don't work. I have disabled sound/led for any alert i am using in BeBuzz.
I wish the sound notifications volume from app would be the same with the system's one.... . Also, the silent profile.

LE: hell yeah! . just tried now and it looks like the system's volume is now linked with BeBuzz notifications one. Nice! So it might be me setting the volume too low, not a problem of BeBuzz.

Yes, system notification volume as well as currently selected notification profile is respected.

One feature with this headless version that is needed is the ability to turn the app off.

I've also found that Facebook led notifications will stop working sporadically. Will continue testing.

We have taken this functionality out (it was called silent mode) because BeBuzz now observes system notification profiles.

I've tested the headless version for a couple of hours now.

Overall it works very well. The app runs in the background and doesn't need much battery. The notifications for SMS, WhatsApp and E-Mail works.

There are only a few things i have found:
BeBuzz is spelled "bebuzz" in device monitor.

Should be fixed in the next version.

LED notifications for incoming phone calls / missed phone calls doesn't work well. I've set a yellow LED for phone notifications for a special contact and red LED for phone notifications generally. If I get a call from this special contact the LED flashes red and even for missed phone calls of this contact the LED flashes red. This happens with all contacts. I have had this problem with every BeBuzz version for Blackberry 10 since the first release.

I will try to replicate this.

Further more there are a few features i would like to see in future:
Two great additions for BeBuzz would be a wallpaper changer (changes the background wallpaper every xx minutes) and a notification profile changer (for example: change every sunday morning at 10:00 from silent to normal).

We won't be adding a wallpaper changer but have already been thinking about giving the option to allow changing the system profile in BeBuzz's 'sleep time'.

No they don't work. Profile is on normal with everything silenced but calls. Set several alerts in the app with no led or sound showing/sounding when a new message comes in.

It does now follow the device profile. I forgot to add that to the changelog in the first post.

I think so. I've never managed to make the LED blink for SMS alerts.

But randomly some of my BBM groups posts alerts with sound.
