it doesn't work at the moment, to add custom colors to contacts, due to some os limitations. hopefully this functionality will be added soon.

Just tap on where it says "off" against each account and the screen of colour options for the LED should come up... it's "off" as default for a new contact.

Ever since the last BeBuzz update all the led indicator colors work correctly that I have set except for text messages of which I get no led notification. I've reloaded the app and made sure the native led for texts is off and still cannot get any led notification for texts.

Just downloaded the latest update that showed up in BlackBerry World today. Still cannot get the LED to work for text messages. Everything else works fine. Anyone else having an issue with text messages?

I can get to work( LED ---but can't get disco lights to work, just plain colors ) for text messages, but I still need to visit hub to remove notification ( have pop up enabled ), so doing twice the work, and viewing texts twice.

BTW anyone ever get text to speech to work and if so how! have had ticket for 2 weeks and no response....

Make sure you have OS 10.1.0.1720 or later installed and the latest version of WhatsApp. You will see a separate section in the BlackBerry Hub for WhatsApp.

If you have an earlier OS (anything higher than OS 10.1) WhatsApp will work through the 'Other App Notifications' item in BeBuzz.

Plain LED colors works for text messages, but disco colors do not?
The LED should clear once you dismiss the popup.

To enable text-to-speech set the notification sound to 'Single Alert' or 'Alert w/Reminder' and then select 'Read Message Out Alout' for the alert setting. This option will only show for notifications that support text-to-speech.

We haven't been able to replicate the "backup file couldn't been found" bug, but we did some changes that might address the problem. Please try and let me know.

Restoring of contacts after device wipe has not been fixed yet.

Just getting the red blink as usual. When u switched that off in the WhatsApp settings I got no led. But for my Q10 I left everything on and it still seemed to work.

I have a Z10 everything is working good even facebook !! and when i turn off the radio the led stops
