You could never get Beats Music working on the Q10 because the login windows are at the bottom of the screen on all devices. The Q10 small screen never let you get there. You were stuck at the start screen with no way to login. I have found a workaround. Once the app loads to the start screen type in a user name. Anything. Then hit enter. You should see a red turning circle. Walla. Now a facebook login window appears. Login to your facebook account and create a Beats music account. Next time you start the app you will be in. You may have to close the app and enter the username a few times to get the red circle. Keep trying. It will work. I had to create a new Beats account because it kept saying my email was already in use. Got the free 7 day trial to try out the app again. Works good on the Q10. Small screen cuts things off at times. Works well for the most part. Enjoy.
