    Can't video chat in BBM. It's showing that there are no video chat contacts available even though there are many. What shall I do?

    Does it require a data plan? I mean can't it be done over wifi?
    I have no SIM card inserted. And I am able to do voice calls still.

    Check your settings to ensure that BBM calls over mobile networks is on. If not settings try rebooting phone.

    Only with BlackBerry devices.
    If your contacts don't have BlackBerry then you can't do BBM video. Only BBM voice
