Product is everything, marketing just helps....

Sorry but I don't use BBM - would actually really like to uninstall it if I could. No one in the group of people that I want to IM/Text has a BlackBerry, so it is a unless feature for me. But back four years ago, I used it pretty regularly and it was a GREAT IM application - and from what I have "read" the newer features make it even better. And with some "form" of cross-platform capabilities coming via an app... who knows.
