It may sound silly, but I need to know is there anyway I can actually DELETE a single chat in BBM? When I use end chat option, it just clear that chat and messages from chat section. Swiping down and from settings, I THINK that option is to delete all active chats, haven't tried that.

I press and hold the chat and then choose the small garbage can (delete chat) , then the chat disappears.

Do you want to delete a single entry in the chat (not possible) or just delete the chat thread from one contact?

Exactly, the chat disappears. But when you get a new message from same contact, the whole chat comes comes. I want to delete chat, not make it disappear for as long as I don't send that contact another BBM or vice versa.

You would need to set Save Chat History to OFF. Then your chats would not be saved and when you deleted a chat it would not reappear whenever a new message is sent/received.

Ok, thanks. Just need to make sure that if I set that option to Off, chat won't be deleted automatically like after some fixed time, right?

Shouldn't think so, but it could happen if you upgrade your OS version.
