I can't seem to get past the welcome screen in the BB10 "Connect to Dropbox". All that happens after i log in is it asks me if I want to allow BB10 to see my folders, then it says "Success! Blackberry 10 is connected to your Dropbox". But, nothing else works. It doesn't show up in File Manager, nothing! It used to work fine but...I have tried reinstalling the app several times but this does not seem to help at all.

I have the same issue with my Q10. It used to work fine before I updated to the new leaked OS 10.1.0.4543 yesterday.

Some problemi here, I have first updated to 10.1.0.4543, and then downgraded to 10.1.0.2354 (due to battery drain problem). Now Dropbox Is no more working.

I have a Box account that works great. A colleague wanted to begin sharing files via Dropbox. I decided to install the BlackBerry App, but I'm experiencing the same issue. I hit back, but it just makes me start signing in all over again.

I am having exactly the same issue. I just switched from the Z10 to a Q10, and am loving it. But I rely a lot on Dropbox, so if anyone can suggest a solution that would be great.

I have the are issue. But thankfully I use box. And I have 60 gb of storage from my PlayBook. :^)

Also have the same issue. Was working yesterday. I did a security wipe today, re downloaded the app and can't get it to work.

Maybe someone can try the PlayCloud app to check if you can access Dropbox from there. Might give insight on the issue,

Hi

With PlayCloud free you can test 2 points :

- in the local view you can display native Box and Dropbox folder - these folders are visible if the native Box and Dropbox applications work. It doesn't use the PlayCloud implementation.

- you can set your (or an other) dropbox or box account in PlayCloud itself (swipe down from the top of screen to access to settings section)

I am sorry but BlackBerry needs an improved DB integration.

The *two* features I am missing :
- swipe left/right in picture directories like a Gallery (maybe just integrate DB in the standard Pictures BlackBerry app???)
- automatic picture upload...

And as good as Box's integration can be, I don't want to hear about it... I have been using DB for years, have it running on my machines (including Linux servers) and have many uses for it...

Interesting. First App I bought for my phone. Am not too sure I am crazy about the idea of folder sync. Might be a battery hog?

In any event, we are going OT. Will look for a proper thread, and discuss there.

I registered just to post that I had this problem yesterday and tried with different connections, LTE, work/home wifi and no luck. But just now after reading some of the posts stating it's working and I tried it is indeed working now!
