    If you mean take pictures of things that are hot; then yes. If you mean take actual thermal images; then no. You will need to buy a thermal imaging camera.

    No phone can really do that AFAIK. I know a friend had such an app on her iPhone, but it was just a hoax. Just like those body scanners and such apps.

    No phone has a thermal imaging camera, that would be a very specialised and very expensive device aimed at emergency services.

    By education i am a civil engineer and thermal imaging is done by cameras size of an old camcorder.
    These are expensive up to 6000$ and very specialized.
    What you see on phones is just a filtered overlay that changes colors. Nothing to do with real thermal imaging.
