If you go to music, then settings, and open Blackberry World, you can access the BBW It's a only temporary work around but hopefully they fix it soon.

Go to music then hit settings--- blackworld --- it will open then you can use it as normal.... it's just a bug. It will be fixed soon.

I don't get the BlackBerry World through Music as well. I clicked on the more (the three dots), but still don't see the BlackBerry World there. Has anyone gotten this workaround to work?

Go to music app, tap the three dots, tap BlackBerry World. Then tap the three bars on bottom left corner and go to the category you desire.

I then went to "My World" and did and updated, that seemed to correct the issue for me. Hope it works for you.

1. After tapping the three dots you should find "BlackBerry World ".

2.In BlackBerry World you should find on the bottom left side there should be three bars. Tap that and you should find "My World ".
