Hi, I'm looking for a barcode scanner app (native BB or compatible/tested Android) that will scan in a series of barcodes into a spreadsheet/file with the minimum of fuss - I.e. I would just scan each in turn with no further input or manipulation and each would be put into the file automatically.

This is for scanning and auditing assets (ICT equipment in a school). I have been using a handheld USB barcode scanner plugged into a laptop but obviously it can be a little bit awkward and is not as convenient/portable/accessible as an app on my Z10 would be.

Free would be great but I don't mind paying a couple of quid if it's going to work as I need.

    Many thanks for any help.

There isn't one that will put it into a spreadsheet. Plenty that will scan one in and let you copy it.
