With a lot of threads about this on the forums, I thought I'll share the reply I got t:

Thank you for your email dated 27/6/14.

You are correct as there is high demand for the apps to be launched for the Blackberry 10 platform and our project teams are working on it. It may be launched soon however, we do not have any expected time frame or any update.

For more information and clarification, you can contact the Barclays Mobile Banking Helpdesk on 0333 200 1014 (Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week).

We trust this information is of assistance.
So hopefully we'll see a Barclays app in the App World towards the end of the year perhaps.

In the meantime, you too can write to them at [[email protected]]. Every email to them will likely reinstate the demand to be more prioritised.

I recall when they said they had no plans to launch a BB10 app p lol

Either launch app or take off that pincentry nonsense from the browser version, that's only thing I can't stand.

    Hopefully launches before 2015 )

It is at time that they pull their fingers out. The increase in BlackBerry smartphone on UK market, be it being enterprise or non enterprise it will surely impact BlackBerry. In my opinion correct me if am wrong, but BlackBerry should have spot the lack of bank application before the lunch of BB10 .
    However am still waiting.
A shout to all the Dev gurus out there, get it in gear and keep your money line and hobbies alive.

    ? Z30 ? ? Best mobile platform to date.

I really want an app for Barclays too, the Android app looks great so something similar would be great.

The browser version can be accessed without pinsentry, you just have to set up the passcode and phrase first. There are certain things that still require pinsentry, but its better than nothing.

I have recently emailed Barclays App support enquiring about this apps ETA. They still can't say when it will be released. It's a PIA. The Barclays Mobile Banking App is the only remaining app I need on my Z10 to be fully functional.

Don't bother this will never happen. However I do use a working apk which does the job - it is a specific version though listed on the CB forums.

I was so shocked when I got my Z10 to find no Barclays or Lloyds Bank Apps, of which I had both on my 9800 Torch.

About two weeks before I got my Z10, the Barclays app was upgraded and it was absolutely beautiful.
I couldn't wait to get my Z10, only to find it wasn't included.

Am so glad to hear barclays are making attempts to come back on board after two years.

When Barclays think that you can get this app for BlackBerry smartphones, I keep telling them not for bb10.

Why not have a BlackBerry 10 device that will run Google services, that way I get the best os and all the apps I need..... which is basically a banking app .

Because it's not allowed by Google's TOS. Also, BB10 has been a commercial failure, so move to Android is reason for the first part of my answer.
