I think that's the "instant reply", where you can have a premade text sent to an ignored call.

I'm talking about if I'm busy or away from phone, and if I get a text, my phone automatically sends a reply.

Found that on BlackBerry world. Tried out the trial version, it was okay. Didn't buy it though, wasn't too impressed.
