Before my software had upgraded to 10.3 on its official release I am sure that all my apps were downloading onto my SD card. Now that 10.3 is working I find have moved to the main phone storage why would this happen. How can I put the apps back on to my SD card without deleting any of my apps. In future I want everything I download or save on to my SD card, how do I do this.

You're apps itself were on sim? That's weird I couldn't get it to work myself on 10.2?

I can guarantee you that your apps weren't downloaded on your SD card.

Paid apps are linked to your BBID, just go to BBW, then "my world ", click on available and download your previous paid apps that you got through promos. For your media, if they were on your SD before the update, then they should still be on your SD card.

But if you want your apps to be stored on your media card (SD card), there's has never been a way to do so on bb10 and there won't be a way to do so in the feature.

BB has never allowed apps to be installed on sd-cards. Even prior to bb10, no storage on cards.

I wish they would do that
Something like Microsoft has done to enable it

BlackBerry allowed storage of apps on the sd card back on BBOS; however no apps could be "run" from the sd card. The apps had to be loaded back onto the device itself to run.

Even Android has moved away from installing apps on sd cards. At least, on my Samsung Tab S, apps install to INTERNAL memory. A few apps can allow themselves to be moved.
