    Which app are you using on your BB10 device to remote your PC/Mac???

    Remote File Access you mean? Don't need an app for that, it's part of the OS.
    Also go to settings on your phone, BlakBerry Link and make sure it is toggled on.
    You need Link installed, sign in with your BBID, and it should recognize your device for Remote file access. Not sure how it works for MAC though.

    Link is very unreliable for me. Sometimes it connects but does not display any folders. I was wondering if there's another software that we can use and have the same capabilities...that work...

    You may want to consider clarifying whether you mean file access or controlling a remote machine. To the former, I use Link; for control I use a laptop.

    Neorouter.com, though I don't know how anyone can RDP on a phone with losing their sh1t for more than a basic task.
