What's the best app to draw a rectangular box over personal identifying information? I had a good one on os7 can't remember the name though. Thanks

I use PicShop. A little clunky (probably due to AIR), but it works to drag a black box over the relevant part of the image.

PicsArt is pretty good, and it's available in BlackBerry World. It is an Android port, if you care, but it'll let you do what you need.

I have that app but don't see that option. I can draw free hand but not a requtagular box.

With pic shop you would have to get a black bar pic. Or you could just use your hand to draw lines and hide whatever you want to. The full version of course

If you open a pic, select "draw" and select the shapes option (a picture of a triangle and circle intersecting), you can find the rectangle draw tool by scrolling through the list of tools available.

It might sound a bit confusing to read so let me know if pics would serve you better and I can take some screen shots when I get back to my desk.
