    Hi guys,

the RSA SecurID App is not getting invoked by the CT-KIP link.

this link is meant to be sent via email, to generate the Token code. When you press it, the SecurID app should be started and asking for the activation key.

It works on my Passport, running 10.3.xxxx but it does not work with a Z10, running 10.3.1 within a BES Environment.

Could it be that the invocation has changed between versions and I should get them to upgrade their blackberries or could it be deactivated within BES?

    Hope someone knows the answer....

I have enrolled my passport in BES12 and have the same issue.

The app is installed in both spaces. the personal as well as the work space. The invocation of the app just stopps. When I delete the work space, it works again.

Any idea how to resolve it?

    Jump forward a few years...

I'm having the same issue. It seems that the RSA link provided by email to my blackberry is stripped and the link does not launch as expected.

I can COPY and PASTE the link into my RSA app but this is just a work around.

At first I thought it was a BlackBerry 10.2 vs 10.3 issue
    Then a BES10 or BES12
    Then Exchange 2007 vs 2013
RSA works fine with iPhone via straight exchange which is the same as my BlackBerry.

    Any thoughts?
