Hi, I see a distinct lack of 5/2 diet calculator apps available. There are a number of calorie counter apps out there but none that really work for 5/2 (that I have found).

I would say it should simply be a app that the user selects the fast days and then either create a calculator (I can send a site link which shows the calc) or let the user enter the calories for the fast and normal days.

Then a simple calorie tracker (perhaps eventually leading to a database/barcode scanning system with some devopment)

Giving how big this diet is becoming I think the first person with a decent app for it on BB10 could do well (just wish I had the skills do develop it myself)!

I can only surmise that it means days of the week plus weekends.

It's a fasting diet you eat (for most people with certain amounts to lose) no more than 600 cals twice a week and the rest of the week you eat normally (roughly 2500 cals for a man). There's quite a bit of scientific evidence behind it as well.
