I think headless could have been the issues. aSaunders has anything to comment on this? how can BB let go such a valuable developer? Shame.

I really wonder how will they tackle headless apps.

And also, I wonder if they can make comparisons with Legacy BBOS development contrast to BB10.

BlackBerry has any answers for this? Viber was a promised app during BB10 launch! A lot of us bought Z10 thinking we can use Viber.

Our native app for BB10 is pending some enhancements and alterations in BB OS 10.2, without which our app won't work.
Naturally, it is also our great interest to have our app released as soon as possible, but unfortunately at this stage it is impossible for us to release it.

I sideloaded and i still can't get or make calls. It's so frustrating that a working version can't be found and BBM didn't deploy voice and video on other platforms. I keep getting comments from my friends about not being able to call me for free using Viber and that it's pathetic BlackBerry couldn't get the app until now.

Same here the icon is transparent but at that stage I won't complain since I got it working until bbm voice is available on iOS and Android
