Not defending Viber here but they did say they would release their app when 10.2 is out

If Blackberry who has thousands of employees cannot release a damn App ( BBM Cross platform is what im referring to ) for 6 months since the announcement what makes you think Viber has an easier task ???

lets focus on the main problem and that is called Blackberry Management and the way they handled BB10 all together

Viber rep usually is active on the boards when it comes to inquiries or sorts. Theyre last update was august, and LOTS of things happened between now and then. They couldve stopped the development of the app, what we are just looking for is an answet if it is still in the works. (which they normally provide)

Unfortunately, the first iteration of cross platform bbm will not have video chat. Whenever it actually comes out anyways.

Was really waiting for this one since Skype seems to be stuck in preview mode 4ever!
I was under the impression they were pretty close to launch then it makes no sense at all to stop now.
Sure you save a few bucks now, but why not finish and try to get at least 1 million happy customers!
Now for 1 I will not try to get my friends on Viber at all! We will stick to Skype and other alternatives.
Though still really wish they just bring it, we need another big name in the clubhouse!
