Who cares? Skype is coming soon and that's what I care about.

Besides some have found that Viber is an espionage app made by Israeli's secret service to spy on people. Not sure how true that is but there's something fishy about it. There's no proper contact info on it, management profile, where are they based out of (servers in Cyprus) and how in the world they can offer free everything for this long? It's banned in quite a few countries now.

And Skype is owned by Microsoft who is in fact part of the PRISM program, plus many other things that somehow didn't make it on the news or stayed there long enough.

You should go with products and services that are pro consumer, not ones who are part of anti consumer BS like PRISM. I don't know if there's any bad news on Touch, but I just read it has video, voice, chat and even like a social network, and it's cross platform.

I'm using the .810 runtime with 10.2.1047 and I can confirm the latest version of Viber works 100% on it, no issues. Side loaded without using any debug tokens ;-)

It's the latest version from Viber's support site.
I sideloaded it on my z10 with .810 runtime on 10.2.1047 with debug token. Only problem is that I have to manually refresh all contact for viber contact to show up on the apps. Everything else works fine.

Note if you are not running 10.2 with 810 run time then you will not be able to install the bar file without a debug token. Search for sachas conversion process in the android app section to learn how to obtain and use a debug token.

This is a known issue with Viber. You need to keep the app running in the background for now.

This is a known issue with Viber. You need to keep the app running in the background for now.

I am using 3.1.1 and do not need to keep the app open to receive messages.
