Hey, there are a few email accounts I would like to check, but their mobile sites suck. But at the same time, I don't really want to be bothered by notifications. I basically want something that I can check when I want to, and it won't check for new mail until I open it, so no running in the background constantly syncing or whatever. Any suggestions?

Take a look at the Outlook app. It's Android, but works very well on my Passport and Z30. I use it to keep tabs on the email addresses I use for receiving promo emails, etc.

Check out a app 'Online Email and Contacts ' at BlackBerry World http://blck.by/1BYVmaG
There is no need to check email from hub. It's secure to read and send email by this app. It's online. User can check and maintain Contacts by online services provided by Gmail and yahoo.
