    Hello People,

I'm not a Developer(Infact I hate to be one). But, i see there is an App Available like Whatsapp which is called

    Telegram "https://telegram.org"

I feel it is Promissing and API is available for Developers and its Opensource. Any Developer can make use of it.

When i first checked that out - the app is available for most platforms - IOs,WP, and andriod.

But not for BB10. I know we can use Andriod apk and use it in BB10. But dedicated BB10 App will be perfect.

The API is available to develop for free and it is an Opensource Code.

My Intention is to Develop this APP for BB10.

Bbm is quite good but it should be more open to other os like video calling to other os mobile also. Call quality of bbm is a tough competitor to other softwares.

    Hi,

I would like to send messages to the phone of our employees, from our ERP (developed by ourselves in visual studio 2008), through Telegram application. I've been searching a lot in internet and I found anything useful for me. I see there is an API available, but I don't know how to use it in VS2008. Can you help me, please?

If you know any application that can send messages for me using in batch mode, it would be useful as well.

    Thank you very much!

    I do!
And if you develop your app until May 1, 2015 and your app will be great - you have a chance to win a competition and get a prize of $10.000 from telegram's team.

    No. https://telegram.org/blog/bb-results

I guess it's just for the developers of those six original contenders.

They said that they "will distribute another $10,000 between the developers who make the most progress by the May 1, 2015".
Not just only between those 6 winners, but any developers who will dare to make the most progress.
    Anyway it worth a try.

And they also said: "Congratulations to all the winners! Here's an additional bounty for YOU"...I also doubt there will be another developer making even more progress but I guess we will have to wait and see.
