    I've noticed on my new Z30 that the Facebook notifications only come into the hub when I run the Facebook application.

    Example: I open the Facebook app, and then I get a pile of notifications show up in the hub.

    That's not how it should work, they should come no matter.

    Reboot by holding the top buttom till you see a red LED and the BlackBerry logo.

    Just did that, still have to open the app before the notifications come in.

    I can't seem to find the setting page that lets me choose which FB notifications I want showing in the Hub. I remember it when setting up Facebook but I can't find it now...

    Not sure which you want so here are both:
    Settings > Accounts
    HUB > Overflow > Settings

    Could be a software issue... And that could mean reloading the OS.

    Go to Settings -> Accounts, then Facebook.. check if Enable Notifications is On
