I see a lot of concerns about having BB world over run by Android ports. The biggest concern being the lack of motivation for native development. I can agree with this. So I though a fair way to go about encouraging Devs to create native apps would be to have a policy that ported apps cannot sell for more than a third of what they sell for in the Play store. This way a developer could still sell and try the waters with a ported app and be encouraged to create a native app for the potential increased revenue. We as end users would gain the use of ported apps a little cheaper in the short term and in the long term would hopefully benefit from natively developed OS10 apps.

Is there a downside to this that I'm missing?
    Any thoughts?
