Yesterday I managed to get Pandora running in the native BlackBerry browser.
    http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=849538
Today I explored a bit more and found that Amazon Prime Instant Videos are fully supported by the browser. This is great news as there is no Amazon Instant Video app in Blackberry World and there never will be. Also, since you are running the desktop version, videos load in HD. Full screen support is phenomenal and frankly, better than the Amazon app itself. Take a look below:

Underneath the Dome, Episode 12 in 720p HD

I have purchased a Micro HDMI cable on eBay for $2 and look forward to outputting video to my 65" plasma TV. We will see if the hardware developers spaced the charge and video connectors far apart enough to be used at the same time.

Playing just as it plays on a desktop.

Videos play perfectly in the background. If you want to listen to an episode or YouTube video, you can. One use I can think of for this is playing VEVO songs. The VEVO app doesn't allow users to play music videos with the display off, in effect killing its potential as a music service. Now I can finally use VEVO how I want to use it.

Why are voices coming from your phone? Oh, it's just my background videos playing.

So, to answer the burning question, Amazon Prime and Pandora work, does Hulu work? Happy to say, the browser loads the desktop site perfectly, faster than even a desktop browser. Unfortunately, the DRM freaks at Hulu keep any videos from loading. BlackBerry's browser is capable of playing Hulu videos; Hulu just doesn't let it play. This is very sad news.

On a happier note, I'm really seeing the value of having native Flash support. Imagine a world where there are no dedicated and crippled apps, no special subscriptions required for mobile support, a world in which everything ran in a browser. Steve Jobs was afraid of this world so he killed it. But thanks to BlackBerry, it is resurrecting and the future looks bright!

I got Amazon Prime to work in my browser just by logging in and selecting a video.
If you see the screen that says to install Silverlight, just press play video in Flash. Hope this helps!

It's not available anymore for BB10 devices. Not via the browser, anyway.

Doesn't really matter though, since BlackBerry and Amazon are entering a partnership anyway.

If it asks you to install silverlight , select use flash in the same dialog box . Here I just selected a movie and it started playing. Also, we wouldn't be suggesting it if it didn't work.

Here on your photo, if you look right underneath "install silverlight", it says "continue using Adobe flash".

    Enjoy!

    This.

Not knowing that it couldn't be done, I went to the site and watched various videos.

Sadly this workaround only works for you folks in the U.S. In all other countries where amazon offers its prime instant video service, there is no flash. Here in germany there is only silverlight, amazon simply doesn't offer watching videos using flash. Sad BB10 owners

I just tried this work around and it doesn't show the flash option anymore. I'm on verizon Z10 with 10.2.1.2122 in the US. Sure hope this amazon deal gets us better amazon support.

You, mean you have flash enabled, and on desktop mode? Can you. Take a screen shot? When you select a movie to play what does pop up? And just in case you do have to kind of hit play more than once sometimes. It's like it doesn't recognize it immediately on occasions.

Yeah I do hope they make the experience better, for the sake of us, and Amazon if they really want our business.

These are the screen shots showing the settings and me trying to play. I had to hit it many times for it to even go. Seems like a triple tap finally got me to this.

It seems like a regional does, doesn't, work kind of thing. Just like the posters above us, from Germany I think. Are you not in the USA? That maybe the problem.

    Follow up/update:

    Amazon has seem to have made some changes. At the point when asked to install silverlight, it no longer gives the option to continue with Flash. Solution ;

While signed in, and in desktop mode, in Amazon instant video page,go to settings, look for "Experience less buffering and enjoy HD titles with Microsoft Silverlight.", select "Adobe Flash Player".

    Good luck, and enjoy.
