    Hello,
    I got an issue on my Z10 on BlackBerry OS 10.3.1
    I really love the new OS, but a friend with a passport raised me an issue.
    When I open a pdf file in Adobe reader, it closes after few seconds. I tested the file on passport of my friend and on my Z10. It doesn't run. I tested the same file on a PC and on an colleague iPhone, it works perfectly. I'm really sad.
    Read pdf is very important for any worker.

    Does this hold for EVERY PDF of just THAT PDF?

    If it's just THAT PDF, whatever was used to create it is the culprit, since it's causing conflicts.

    I haven't had a single PDF problem so I'm betting it's not 100% of the files doing it.

    It is only for one pdf. Other pdf files are running well.
    This wrong file is from a french newspaper we received everyday. So I'm sad to see that it is possible to open this file on PC, IPhone, and not on Z10.
    If someone could have a solution, it will be very helpful

    Dude, sad why? Same could have happened the other way around. Only able to open in windows and nowhere else. Repack the file and you'll be fine (use an online converter or desktop software).
