    Dear Crackberry,
    I am trying to view and read a PDF book that is written in arabic on my z10. I have noticed that the Adobe Reader app reads files that are written in English only ( unless the PDF is a bunch of screen shots).

    Is that the limitation of the app or is something corrupted in the file? I've gotten multiples of the same file from different sources and it's the same problem every time: only the English characters are visible on the pages of the book.

    Your help is appreciated.

    That would be frustrating. Have you tried another file to see if it's a problem with non English characters an not that specific book/file?

    I just tried and Adobe Reader seems to works with Arabic symbols. Maybe it only supports some coding type?

    Ah, and by the way, the proper way to call this current symbol type would be latin alphabet, not english . I speak french and apart from some accents, it is the same alphabet.

    It already is!!
    Maybe I should try a totally different book or file to see what's going on!

    That's interesting! I opened it and it worked, but are you sure these are not screenshots? I was not able to select text. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong!

    Also, the highlighter does see to work properly.Again, I could be drastically wrong lol
