I've just installed bebuzz and I'm trying to add contacts but I'm not having any luck. I hit the start adding contacts button and then choose from address book but nothing happens even though I have contacts in my address book. It just goes back to the start adding contacts screen.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Are the contacts from social networks or local on the device?
Do you see that problem with all contacts?

I've had the same problem. Downloaded BeBuzz two days ago to my Q10. I try to import my contacts through "start adding contacts" and nothing happens. The contacts are local to the device and its a problem with all my contacts - it won't import any of them. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program 3 times and its the same problem every time.

You select a contact from the list and then nothing happens, correct?

Can you please double check that you have give access to the 'Contacts' permission to BeBuzz? You will find 'Application Permissions' in the BB10 Settings app.

Please also try adding a 'Custom Rule' instead of a contact from the address book. Does this work?
