Hey,

I deleted 9gag using the home screen method as in holding the icon and pressing the trashcan. But it is still popping up under "installed" in my BlackBerry World. If I try and delete/uninstall from that screen is says "failure to uninstall 9gag". Cannot open the app from BlackBerry World either. Not sure what to do from here, I've tried a reset and battery pull as well.

Any suggestions?

So you've tried a hard reset?
i.e. Holding down top button or both Volume keys until the blue startup icon. Ignoring the Restart option, countdown, black & white splashscreens and anything else?

If so, reset BB World.
In BB World, swipe down from top bezel. Select Settings.
Select General, then tap the Refresh BlackBerry World button.
