    I have been on the Blackberry BES 10 Cloud pilot for awhile now. I have removed all my devices from the BES Cloud but some of my emails (admin account) is still listed in BES10 Cloud.

    My problem is that BES10 cloud seems to interfering with blackberry protect.

    Passport, Q10 and Z10 work fine on blackberry protect, until i put an email that was once associated with BES10 Cloud. Then BB protect no longer works.

    Is there something you have to do to completely remove BES10 Cloud influence on either the device or the email so that I can get BB protect to work again?

    My emails are on Office 365 exchange online, Outlook.com and Gmail.

    Any help would be appreciated
