Not sure on the schedule of the OS but BES support does have a work around. It basically has you resign a certificate and update the IMCONFIG table to point to this new cert and you 59 friends will be back in business.

Our command line is copy pasted from their documentation

    eccutility.exe cert -nospecify -privi bes10root_pk.pem -certi bes10root.pem -pubi bcs_server_pub_key.pem -certo bcs_server_cert.pem -p <<our exported cert password per SQL>> -sa SHA512 -ct:tls <<our bcs host name per sql>> -ku ds -uncomp -sn "CN=BCS Server, O=BlackBerry Limited, C=CA" -sd 2015-03-30 -ed 2025-03-30

You've got me puzzled. My 'doc' has a slightly different data parameter but that really shouldn't make a significant difference. This was from mine:

    eccutility.exe cert -nospecify -privi bes10root_pk.pem -certi bes10root.pem -pubi bcs_server_pub_key.pem -certo bcs_server_cert.pem -p 7e2dBzvgZxft -sa SHA512 -ct:tls BLT112BES01.BLT112.CSO.LABS.RIM.NET -ku ds -uncomp -sn "CN=BCS Server, O=BlackBerry Limited, C=CA" -sd 2015-03-25 -ed 2025-03-24

I would probably do the command, bit by bit to see which one is introducing the issue:
    ie.

    C:\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Collaboration Service 10.2.2\bundle0004\tools>e
    ccutility.exe cert
cert - no issuer name (-certi or -in): self-signed
cert - reading private key from file: priv.pem
Failed with error: [0xb002] cannot open file for reading

    C:\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Collaboration Service 10.2.2\bundle0004\tools>

So that is expected, then add the next bit until you come across the error you are getting.

Thanks for the reply Devious TDI,

Can you run through step by step the resign certificate process and the how to update the IMCONFIG table to point to the new cert? Hopefully it wont impact on services when BB finally have a fix for the problem. Your help in the mean time would be great!
Vin (btw just updated the BES server to 10.2.2 and imported the Exchange cert into the BWC notification service Java store)

Do you have support Vinay? Best move is to get it from them to confirm that you get the right info -- I don't want to break your environment!

If you don't PM me your email and I'll see if I can give you a hand.

I wasn't really happy with Lync 2013 android app and very happy to have native EIM back.
The app would close itself randomly probably to save memory and other times notify me it was Signing out. As well, battery life was a killer.
I ran it one morning and was down to 40% by 10am.

    Hi SupaRitchie,

All of our users are able to sign in correctly and fine. However one user is getting the following Enterprise IM server unavailable error with new OS 2558 or 2576-log-box.pngEnterprise IM server unavailable error with new OS 2558 or 2576-canno-sign-.png. This is very strange and the sign in credentials are all correct and all other users able to sign in fine. Thanks for your support on this.
