    Hello CrackBerry Forums,

I have a customer that lost a Z10. I remember there being a remote wipe function in BES5. I can't/haven't found a similar function in BES10. Is there a remote wipe function in BES10 when using the manage users function? Thank you in advance!

Assuming the Z10 has a network connection you should be able to wipe it via BES10.

Login to the BlackBerry Administration Service*console
    Click Manage users
Search for one or more users to manage
Click the Display Name field to view the account properties
Under Associated device properties, click the users*pin (active hyperlink)
There are two options for managing account*and data removal:
Delete all device data and remove device
Delete only the organization data and remove device
    Select the appropriate action

You can also try BlackBerry Protect as a last resort

    Good luck!
