    Ahh, the deja vu.

How I miss those OS Update rumours from my Playbook days...

Hope you all get the official OS "soon".

I suggest everyone who doesn't care about the wifi calling download the latest 10.2.1. It is fantastic.

I still don't understand why all of you somehow think the city you live in has any affect on whether the update was made available to you.

I've seen an issue pisted with email being deleted off the server and will wait for official. If I wanted to tinker with phones and OS for better Android support I would have bought an Android.

I actually never mentioned android. I like the expanded fonts and quick menu as well as access to the hub from the lock screen and setting pinch to zoom in the hub to access a different account. I haven't had any issues with email or anything else so far. It's been extremely fluid and responsive. If you prefer to wait for your carrier release that's cool with me. I was just letting people know the new leak is very nice.

T-Mobile just pushed a WiFi calling update to my phone; this may imply that they're going to whitelist a software release shortly (within a few days.)

That has, in the past, been their pattern. We'll see.

I ran the update check on Monday, after seeing a few Tweets about this. My phone actually did get the update, and here's the screenshot as proof:

    Attachment 233288

Installing it took an eternity, but it worked, and I'm now on OS 10.2.0.1803 (a.k.a. "Software Release 10.2.0.429").

For some reason, people seem to think posting their A/S/L makes a difference. I'm not really sure why. But my actual device is an unlocked STL100-3 (red, from the "LE" program), and has never been on any network other than T-Mobile US.

Oh, and yes, the WiFi calling app is saying "SIM not detected". However, I refuse to actually use that feature until they make it stop posting notifications every damn time my phone gains or loses WiFi coverage.

My fear in all this, of course, is that T-Mobile will use it as an excuse to drag their feet an extra three months on a 10.2.1 update. I sure hope not, but anything's possible.
You have a phone with no wi-fi set up? Noticed it in your screen shot. Hmmmm.

Except the wi-fi app isn't from T-Mobile. Check who it comes from bud.

I also saw the tweet that T-Mobile is updating to 10.2. I've checked for updates on my Q10 morning and night and haven't received the update. I also switched to my Z10 (just in case it was model specific) but still no update. Hopefully it'll come next week.

ughhh this needs to hurry up! I downloaded the leak awhile ago, and i LOVED the features it came with. I ended up going back to the original OS because there were bugs and I didn't like not having WiFi calling.

I did have the leak, but I got rid of it because of the bugs and I liked having WiFi calling, because there's this building that I frequently go to that is in a roaming coverage area, so I get charges from it, but they have wifi, so I could always use that

If I wanted to bother with leaks I would have stayed with android. I swear getting an official update was much worse than how blackberry has given out its updates. I had to constantly changes roms because I hardly ever got an official update

You have proof that they gave all the carriers the update at the same time?

I completely understand that, my point is getting an official update with BlackBerry in my experience is still faster than the support I had when owning the Samsung galaxy line up.

Nothing on T-Mobile nyc. As am always suggesting call T-Mobile and explai as a customer paying money and how it's been out for two months now in other markets they are are serving their customer base like their other phones.

I have called a few times. Sometimes they don't know. Once I was told December but no date.

I called earlier in week, and asked the rep, how I could make sure my dismay was forwarded to T-Mobile headquarters. He said they don't supply that.

I would have to write direct to them.

So for any the best idea is to let T-Mobile they have BlackBerry customers that do not appreciate being left out and with no info. We in the US was the only market without a definite rollout date.

Even if you've installed leaks, if we only complain amongst ourselves, how is T-Mobile to know their is a demand and drag their feet.

Here is the address I was given. I assume and wish there were a more direct, online way as well.
