Agree - consistently profitable. But that wasn't my point. :-) Just find it strange that people can be so "binary" in their thinking on CrackBerry.

"if Chen focuses on enterprise, he can't sell to consumers at all any time, anywhere"
"If Chen focused on keyboards, he can't make a single touchscreen".
People seem to think focus means "100% on x, and 0% on Y" sometimes. And if it's not that ratio, he apparently "is switching strategies" or "can't make up his mind".
It's silly to me :-)
