This is absolutely disgusting. Barbara Stymiest and Thorsten Heins have continued to destroy shareholder value, lost $1 billion of inventory, agreed to a ridiculously high golden parachute for TH and now don't want to be held accountable to their shareholders. I will never invest in another company any of the clowns are associated with.
