For the next usa launch, give away tshirt to those that preorderdered. Don't tell people when pre ordering. Just do it unannounced. It should be less than $10 per shirt. These people obviously want it and probably half will become walking advertisements for you.

And stop using the same dawned commercials 3 months after launch.
