    "First you have to enter a long URL to install a certificate"

    you can skip this and proceed to enter the URL in BES10 client, the certificate will automatically prompt during the enrollment. this is one of the changes on bes10.1

    So it sounds like he hasn't upgraded. BES 10.1 is a lot better than 10.0. So here we have someone complaining about a product to which updates are available and a lot of stuff has been fixed.

    Bes10.1.2 just got better! Based on my experience, I had a customer who is evaluating MobileIron and he got a shock I finished bb10 installation(BlackBerry, ios, androids) n testing within less than 2 days vs 3 months for MobileIron to get it up running and iron out all the bugs and sorting out firewall ports

    I can only see this news as positive. This is how BlackBerry became popular to begin with. Get the latest hardware or software out to companies and it will catch on just like the early days. Think about it. Millions of workers bringing their devices home to spread the word. It all make sense. They did it before and they would be smart to do not again.
